Sarah Mitial is a strategic HR advisor, consultant, and certified Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® facilitator with over 19 years of experience designing intentional, high-impact workplace cultures. But her story begins long before her career.

Sarah grew up watching her father build something extraordinary, JBM Haiti, a movement that grew to encompass 130 churches, 17 primary schools, orphanages, and countless outreach ministries across Haiti. A legacy so rooted in purpose that her brother, Dr. Jephthe Lucien, built upon it,  founding the Université Jerusalem de Pignon D’Haïti (UJEPH), an institution that now stands as a beacon of higher education and opportunity serving communities across the nation. A collaboration that continues to grow, and one that carries exciting possibilities for the future as their shared passion for developing people finds new expressions across platforms and communities.

Their father’s guiding philosophy was simple and profound: Bay ti moun yo chans yo, give the children their chances. It was a belief that every person, when given the right opportunity and the right support, has the capacity to flourish.

 That belief never left her.

Today, Sarah carries that same conviction into every organization she serves. As the Founder of People Architectural Group LLC, known as PeopleTu, she partners with leaders to design people-centered strategies that don’t just drive performance, they create workplaces where both employees and organizations can truly thrive. The name peopleTu is intentional. Rooted in her Haitian and French heritage, Tu means you, a daily reminder that the work of developing people is never just for the organization. It is for the HR professionals, the managers, the leaders, and every individual who shows up and deserves a chance to grow.

A visionary convener and self-described “sower of information,” Sarah is also the Founder of the Let It Bloom Conference, a premier leadership experience curated to spark innovation, elevate thinking, and inspire meaningful action. She intentionally brings together industry experts and forward-thinking leaders to exchange transformative ideas and equip organizations with practical strategies for building and sustaining cultures where people don’t just function, they bloom.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University. She remains deeply rooted in her community, actively supporting initiatives through her local church and broader network, extending her father’s mission of growth, service, and opportunity far beyond the walls of any single organization.
